Books for Change

We are thrilled to be the official bookseller for Books for Change, the University of Pittsburgh Office of Child Development's annual Book Drive. Since the Books for Change began in 2018, they have distributed nearly 5,000 books to schools, child cares, and families throughout the Pittsburgh area. Each year, the Office of Child Development’s scholars and students carefully review many titles for representation, and social justice orientation. This year, the following books were selected for the book drive because they are ideal for adults to start conversations about social justice with young children. It is never too early to help children learn how to create a more just and equitable community!
